該電機(jī)是專為螺桿壓縮機(jī)配套而設(shè)計(jì)制造的，機(jī)座為高強(qiáng)度鑄鐵基座，接線盒位置分機(jī)座頂部或側(cè)部?jī)煞N。機(jī)座號(hào)為H132-H315，安裝方式分為IMB3、IMB5，服務(wù)系數(shù)為SF=1.15或SF=1.25，絕緣等級(jí)為F級(jí)，在額定負(fù)載時(shí)溫升按B級(jí)考核。在系數(shù)負(fù)載時(shí)，溫升按90K考核，軸承溫度不超過(guò)95℃。

● 本系列壓縮機(jī)專用三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)是我公司專門考慮壓縮機(jī)特殊工況而開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的電動(dòng)機(jī)，中心高從H132~H400，功率從5.5-500kW，絕緣等級(jí)為F級(jí)，額定時(shí)溫升按B級(jí)考核，一般服務(wù)系數(shù)下的溫升按F級(jí)考核，服務(wù)系數(shù)有SF：1.10、1.15、1.20等多種服務(wù)系數(shù)（即電機(jī)實(shí)際功率可達(dá)到額定功率乘以此服務(wù)系數(shù)）。
● 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)采用特殊的軸承配置，確保軸承能長(zhǎng)期正常工作。考慮電機(jī)的電纜直接和壓縮機(jī)的電控箱連接，可以為客戶做加長(zhǎng)引出線的配置，采用電纜護(hù)套管保護(hù)，兩端帶有管螺套。本系列電機(jī)具有高效、節(jié)能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，性能穩(wěn)定，適用于壓縮機(jī)長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)工作。

● 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)一般接法：3KW以下為Y接法，4KW以上為△接法。
● 本系列工作環(huán)境：溫度環(huán)境40℃，海拔不超過(guò)1000m，特殊環(huán)境條件請(qǐng)用戶在訂貨時(shí)注明。
● 本系列電動(dòng)機(jī)采用國(guó)際通用的防護(hù)等級(jí)IP54或IP55。

Motor introduction
The motor is designed and manufactured for the screw compressor. The base is a high-strength cast iron base. The junction box is located at the top or side of the extension base. The frame number is H132-H315, the installation method is divided into IMB3 and IMB5, the service factor is SF=1.15 or SF=1.25, the insulation level is F grade, and the temperature rise at the rated load is evaluated according to the B grade. When the coefficient is loaded, the temperature rise is evaluated by 90K, and the bearing temperature does not exceed 95 °C.

● This series of compressor special three-phase asynchronous motor is developed and designed by our company specially considering the special working conditions of the compressor. ● This series of motors uses a special bearing configuration to ensure that the bearings can work normally for a long time. Considering that the cable of the motor is directly connected to the electric control box of the compressor, the configuration of the extension lead wire can be made for the customer, and the cable sheath tube is used for protection, and the pipe thread sleeve is provided at both ends. This series of motors has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, stable performance, and is suitable for long-term continuous operation of the compressor.
● The performance and installation dimensions of this series of motors comply with IEC60034 standard, DIN42673 standard and GB755 standard and related professional technical standards. And the company has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification. ● This series of motor power supply is three-phase power frequency 50Hz (or designed as variable frequency motor according to need); the power supply voltage level is 380V, and can also be designed as 400V, 500V, 550V according to customer needs.
